As an emergency food service, referrals are made per household, via:
E-Referral
We use an e-referral system, which allows approved agencies to refer clients online. Once a referral is submitted, the client receives a unique referral code which they present to us when collecting their food parcel. This system ensures we can serve people efficiently.
How to Register Your Organisation
If your organisation would like to become a referral partner, please complete our short registration form and email it to us.
